November Letter

Dear Family & Friends,

Hello!  Did you have a good month?  I sure did!!  When I got all the games that I won from the cruise to the Bahamas the first thing I did was get Monopoly Ultimate Banking set up to play with Eric.  I've had  friends over this month to play lots of fun games.  Some of my favorites are Twister, Monopoly and Battleship. 

We had two Thanksgiving feasts this month.  The first one was at my grandmas.  They had many good foods.  We had a speaker downstairs and a dance party!  It even had a mic that I got to use.

Our second Thanksgiving was at home with the Sintay's and Grandpa Pat and the O'Berry's.  We had good food there too!  It was really fun.  

We also had our annual Turkey Bowl that morning with our ward.  I was at first on the kids team but then I got transferred to the adult team.  Adults won by 1 touchdown!!  At the end we punted and Brandon ran it back for a touchdown!  It was fun!

While the Sintay's were in town we went to Gardner Village and saw the elves.  Once again, my name is on the Naughty list. :(  We also did many fun stuff.

We went to Trolley Square and saw Santa.  Santa was really nice.  He offered me a candy cane but I don't eat sugar so I passed.   We also did some fun stuff at Trolley Square.

We celebrated my dad's birthday.  We had a cake and he got a Class Nintendo for it.  He loves to play Double Dragon, Mario Bros and Dr Mario on it.

October Letter

Dear Family & Friends,

Hello! I have had a wonderful month with all these fun activities. First, on Sunday we went on a short hike through the canyon. It had beautiful colors. It had yellow, red, brown, and orange. We played by the creek for a while. Then we went for a short hike. After, we drove home. It was wonderful.

The best activity was the cruise to the Bahamas. They had a mini golf course on the top level, so it was really windy. It was really hard with the wind to make a hole. But on Sunday, the ship was at a port. So it didn't move at all. It was the perfect day for mini golf. At the port we went to church then got back onto the ship because it was Sunday. The ship wasn't moving so there was no wind. I played mini golf almost that whole entire day.

On the cruise ship they had dining rooms all over. The first time I tried to find our dining room, I got lost. In the dining room we had an awesome waiter named Jace. Everyday he would bring peanut butter for Sam! The dining room was filled with photographers. The took this picture of me and my brothers. The food there was delicious!

At the Bahamas we played at the beach all day. I found some seashells and cool rocks. It was really fun. I bought some really cool sea shells with my money.

On the cruise boat there was a Hasbro The Game Show. I was called up to play one of the games. I won, and got a Hasbro $150 gift card.

Halloween was really fun. I did some trick or treating and some school stuff. It was fun. We went to a family party. When I was doing the Halloween parade, mom didn't have time to take my picture because I was moving to fast so she followed me all the way until she could take a picture of me.

September Letter

Dear Family & Friends,

Hello,  I have been going to the cabin a lot of times. The first trip was just for fun. I went fishing and played around with Sam.

Then, I went and helped out with a wedding reception. Then I got a pocket knife. Then we just played around for a couple days. After, we drove home.

Sam is very helpful when I am sad. He just shows up and makes everyone smile. He is so fun to play with and take care of. He is so smart.

August Letter

Dear Family & Friends,

Hello!  I have been having a good month with lots of fun activities.  I play with Sam a lot and I babysit him a lot.  I'm very happy that I have my baby brother Sam and I hope that I will be able to live with him forever.

School started and I love my teacher and I have been having fun doing science, social studies, language arts and math.  My class is a little chatty so my teacher is working on it. At the last week of August, we did a little bit better.

Soccer season started and my team is rocking it. Our first game was 5-0. I scored two goals, and my best friend scored 3 goals.

We had our annual Erickson Family reunion. It was super fun.

July Letter

Dear Family & Friends,

 Hello. Forth Of July was super fun. First I went on a hike then hiked down and strolled Sam in a parade! Lots of people liked Sam. It is like Sam is already famous. I had a great time on the hike, in the parade, and watching the parade. I got a lot of toys from the parade. I had a great time.

Also we celebrated Forth Of July with our cousins. It was very fun. We had a firework show with our cousins and our neighbors. Then we settled down and watched the city's firework show. It was amazing! My cousins are the best.

We went to the cabin a couple times this month. We fixed fences, went boating went to our granpa's cabin and visited cousins, and played around at our cabin. It was super fun.

Summer has been going great.

June Letter

Dear Family & Friends,

Hello!!! I've been having a great summer. We went on a really fun cabin trip with Sam. Sam made my cabin trip twice as fun. It was Sam's first cabin trip!!!!!! Me and Sam had a fun time exploring and going on rides. Sam had a lot of fun also. I love to drive the Recon on the main road and on trails. I worked on my fort that I have been building for the last few cabin trips. Also, are whole entire families fort is still as good as new. To bad that are cousins are moving out of there cabin that is super close to our's.

We also went cyote hunting. My said he saw one and that is how we went out to go kill them. Eric found the den and my dad shot in the den with his gun. It turned out that the so called ciotes were actually red foxes!! On the way to the den me and my dad fixed a fence. It was a good learning expierence.

Also, we put up targets and I got to shoot at them with a beebeegun. I never hit builsie but I hit the target a lot of times. It was so much fun.

Dive in!!! The pool opened and me and my brothers got pool passes and have been going to the pool ever sense. I can do a front flip and back flip of the low dive. I can also do a front flip of the high dive. I like jumping of the dives, going down the slides, throughing tourpeedos and chasing after them, and playing in the deep and shallow end of the pool.

Also, to add to the fun we got to be in a sweet with the owner of the Real team. Real won 2-1. It was a great game. Also, I had so much fun at the sweet. We pretty much got front row seats! The food there was delicouse. The owner seemed nine. I had so much fun.

Fathers day was this month. It was a nice and peaceful morning. We had some good breakfast then went to church. At church we sung some songs for are fathers. I was very happy.

Also, I had a chance to earn some money. My brother was doing soccer clinics and needed asistants. I got payed thirty dollars. It was super fun.

Also, are cousins that live in New Mexico came over to are house and stayed for a couple days. We had a lot of adventures. One of the most fun adventures was ween we caught ducklings and helped them get to the canal.

May Letter

Dear Family & Friends,

This month has been so fun. Sam has been so fun.  He's so cute.  I love him so much.  I like being and playing with Sam.  I wish he could stay this little for ever and ever.  Sam has been making a lot of noises lately.  Sam always smiles at me.  He likes when I dance or make him dance.  I know Sam likes me because he smiles at me a lot.  Sam is a really fun brother.

Mother's day morning was peaceful.  Everyone was being nice.  The breakfast was really good.  At church I sang a song to my mom.

At the pine wood derby I got third place.  I almost won every time I raced.  But, I am fine with third place.  It was so fun.

Also, at school we had field day.  It was so fun.  My class or/and team crushed the other people.  I had fun with my friends.

On the last day of school we had an end of school party at the church field.  And at school we signed each others shirts and autograph books.  We also just partied the whole entire school day!

I also visited some of my ancestors graves for memorial day.  I learned a lot of stories about them .  It was really cool.

Summer break has been so fun. I love doing night games.

April Letter

Dear Family & Friends,

April has been a fun month.  First, there was General Conference!  This month  I got to go to General Conference for the first time ever!  We were on the top level of the Conference Center.  It was so cool.  While we were going to the top level, we looked out some windows and got a really good view of a temple!

Also, this month was Sam's Baby Blessing!  There were snacks and lots of fun cousins.  My dad plus a couple people blessed Sam.  They gave Sam a wonderful and long baby blessing.  It was so fun!

Also, we decorated hard boiled eggs. I decorated my eggs really good. They were so cool. I let them sit in the bowl for a long time so they began to be cool colored. I also would mix to colors to make a really cool color. I decorated a lot of eggs. It was so fun.

This month was our spring break.  We did a staycation.  One thing we did was we went to the Hogle Zoo. We got to see a lot of cool animals and insects. My favorite animal there was the cool bird we saw in the reptile house. It was multi-colored with a really long tail and a mow-hawk. A flamingo flew onto the ropes where me and my family were and it was so cool. I also liked the lions and the tigers. I also liked the sea otters and the sea lions. Too bad the polar bear died and we didn't get to see it. We had some snacks there. It was super cool.

 Also this month we had an Easter party at Lizzy and Wyatt's house. We had an Easter egg hunt there and also swam in their heated swimming pool. I got a lot of eggs because there were only 4 of us hunting and a lot of eggs. Also at the Easter party we celebrated my birthday. They sang happy birthday to me and we got to have some cake. It was super fun.

This month we celebrated Easter. Easter was so fun. 

We had a special dinner to celebrate my birthday ( the next day) because Brandon and Dad were leaving the next day. We went to church and then played and relaxed the whole rest of the day. I got to open one of my presents that was from mom and dad. It was super fun.

This month I had my birthday party. There were a lot of people there and I got a lot of presents. We hung out at my house and ate pizza and donuts. Then after we had pizza and donuts and opened my presents.  Then we went to the park to play.  It was super fun!

We had our school Fun Run.  It was a 5K.  I crushed it!  I ran super fast!  I came in first for my grade and 6th overall! The only kids that beat me were my brother Brandon and Jace.  

I went off sugar the day after my birthday and I'm going to do it for a whole year.  After the year is done I'll get $100 dollars.  I have done this before so it's no big deal for me.

I am doing well in school and am having fun.  I like to play at home.  Goodbye.
