Dear Family & Friends,
Hello everyone. I had a great April. I hope you did too. I had lots of fun on Easter. I had some friends come over and I got a little candy. We had a small Easter egg hunt and Sam loved it. Even though some of his friends kept sneakily taking his candy, (and me).
I had a Easter party at grandma Chris's house. There was some pretty good food, and I had fun with my cousins. We also tried to catch a rabbit that had been tormenting grandma and grandpa for a while. He hid under a shed though, and we didn't catch him.
I went on a little family trip to the San Rafael Swell. We drove around and looked at some sights, including petroglyphs and dinosaur footprints. It was pretty fun, though the drive was long and boring, looking at the magnificent cliffs and ancient petroglyphs.
Sam just barely started soccer. Me and Brandon had been playing with him for a while. He registered for a local little league. He's so cute in his soccer jersey. He's pretty good, but he's a little timid. Its still super funny to watch him play with his soccer team.
One of the main highlights of this month is my birthday! I had two different birthday parties, one with my soccer team and one with my friends. One of the main highlights of my birthday was me getting a phone! I had lots of fun at my birthday parties, and I had a great day!
To finish off this April, I got quarantined. Eric got covid and that resulted in me getting quarantined for two weeks. To make the quarantine better, we went on a camping trip in our new trailer. My dad saw the trailer while we were on our way to the San Rafael Swell, and before I new it, it was in our driveway. Me, Sam, Mom, and Dad went camping in capitol reef. Its about a 3 hour drive from our house, but it was well worth it. We got to our camping spot on Thursday, and we left Saturday. We did some fun hikes, and ate some good food. I missed my dog, and I guess he missed me, because he was crazy when I got back. I had a great time camping.
That's my month in a nutshell. As I mentioned earlier, I got quarantined right at the end of the month. I'm doing fine, and It will be over before I know it. I hope that soon we will be able to go back to regular life. But until then, stay safe and healthy.
